Linking the chart title to a cell

You can add a static title to a chart using the chart options dialog.

To make the title dynamic you can link it to a cell.
Select the charts title and then in the formula by type = to begin a formula.
Then either click the cell to be linked to or type the cells full address.

Now when the contents of B1 changes the charts title will automatically update.
